1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Endurace ("the Service"), operated by Storihle holding AS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Endurace is a virtual GPS-based racing platform that allows users to compete in real-time running races, track performance, and engage with a community of runners.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
One person may only operate one account.

4. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

GPS spoofing, location mocking, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited.
Automated racing tools or bots used by players are not permitted.
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
Race results may be reviewed and adjusted if cheating is detected.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Free accounts have limited features. Premium subscriptions unlock additional functionality.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all tax (including VAT) and compliance.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refund requests are handled per Paddle's refund policy.

6. Virtual Goods

Virtual goods (avatar frames, trails, celebrations) purchased with coins have no monetary value and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify or remove virtual goods.

7. User Conduct

Be respectful in race chat and all interactions.
Harassment, hate speech, and abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Do not share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software of Endurace are owned by Endurace. Users retain ownership of their running data but grant us a license to display and process it for Service functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

Endurace is provided "as is." We are not liable for injuries sustained while running, GPS inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Always run safely and be aware of your surroundings.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
